Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, once the deposit is made changes cannot be made to the order. No deposit, no order.
Events
We have a $500 minimum spend for full service, custom florals.

If your event budget is less than $500, you can order flowers via our à la carte web shop.
Deliveries
Delivery Date & Time
Our delivery window is 11AM to 6PM. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
Deliveries
If delivering to a house, we knock / ring the doorbell. If after 5 minutes no one comes to the door, we leave floral orders in a safe location near the door. Due to a high volume of orders, we are unable to wait more than 5 minutes with the flowers so please be on standby to either receive your flowers or notify your recipient that their flowers are outside. While we do everything possible to make sure flowers are left in a safe place, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft or conditions that are out of our control.
For deliveries to a condominium or apartment building with a lobby, we will either leave the flowers with the front desk or at the front door of the apartment building depending on the building's delivery policy. If no one immediately answers the door, we send a courtesy text or phone call to alert the recipient that the flowers are at the desk or front door.
Delivery Address & Information
We make every reasonable attempt to delivery your flowers in a timely manner. With that said, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct information. Blooms By Lo is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering party including incorrect addresses or contact phone numbers. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a delivery attempt has been made, the ordering party may will subject to an additional delivery fee for any attempts made thereafter.
Return Policy
At Blooms By Lo we do everything possible to provide fresh, beautiful florals. Still, it's important that customers understand that fresh flowers are extremely delicate and require proper care. With proper care, we guarantee your flowers will last a minimum of 72 hours from pickup or delivery date. The way you treat your flowers will impact how long your flowers will last! If you are not happy with the life of your flowers, please get in touch at hello@bloomsbylo.com within 72 hours of your pickup or delivery date. Please provide a detailed description of your quality issue as well as photos of your flowers. In the event that a customer has a valid quality issue, we exchange the faulty arrangement/bouquet for a new arrangement/bouquet. We do not offer refunds.
