General

Blooms By Lo is a design studio, not a traditional flower shop. All florals are made-to-order and created with intention, using seasonal and market-available blooms. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.


Studio Schedule & Ordering

Blooms By Lo operates on a made-to-order schedule and does not offer daily service. Bouquet orders are fulfilled Wednesday through Sunday, and the studio is closed Monday and Tuesday for sourcing, planning, and production.

All orders must be placed in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and do not offer same-day service.


Design Style

All designs are created in Blooms By Lo’s signature style. We do not replicate exact arrangements, as each piece is built using the best available blooms at the time of your order.

You’re welcome to share general preferences and inspiration, but by ordering, you are trusting our creative direction.


Payment

Bouquet orders are paid in full at checkout. Event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to execution.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.


Cancellations & Changes

Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, bouquet orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Event deposits are non-refundable. Date changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability. We do not accommodate last-minute changes or multiple revisions.


Minimums

Custom and event floral work require a minimum investment of $800. Orders below this amount can be placed through our online shop.


Pickup & Delivery

Blooms By Lo offers both pickup and local delivery within our service area. Delivery timing is provided as a window and cannot be guaranteed to an exact hour.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery information. If no one is available to receive the order, arrangements will be left in a safe location when possible. We are not responsible for damage due to weather, theft, or conditions outside of our control.


Flower Care & Quality

Flowers are perishable and require proper care. With proper handling, arrangements are expected to last several days, depending on the flower type.

If you experience a quality issue, please reach out within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with photos. Approved issues may be eligible for replacement at our discretion. We do not offer refunds.


Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference, color selection, or change of mind.
